1. Organize the collection and categorization of historical artifacts and documents.
2. Manage the communication between the university and external alumni organizations (such as the alumni association and alumni branches.)
3. Organize the selection of outstanding alumni.
4. Organize and assist alumni association events to strengthen alumni bonds.
5. Assist in the repayment and retrieval of government funds for government-funded students.
6. Assist in welcoming alumni back to campus for alumni reunions.
7. Manage unit assets, verify financial transactions, and maintain the official website.
8. Plan and organize anniversary celebrations and tea parties for the university.
9. Compile lists of donors to the University Endowment Fund and distribute certificates and plaques of appreciation.
10. Handle alumni card production and related matters.
11. Provide archival research and document retrieval services related to the university's history.
12. Assist in various administrative tasks and affairs of the Alumni Association.
13. Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Education: Civic Education, National Taipei University of Education, (1987-1991) Alumna of the university.

1. Issue alumni cards, manage alumni email accounts, and process applications for wedding photo shoots.
2. Provide archival research and document retrieval services related to the university's history; send alumni emails.
3. Assist in managing and utilizing the database of alumni.
