Missions of the Alumni Center

The main tasks of alumni services include promoting alumni gatherings, facilitating alumni unity and mutual assistance, harnessing the organizational strength of alumni associations to serve society, collaborating with alumni both domestically and internationally to support the university's development, strengthening alumni service efforts, publishing alumni newsletters, and updating alumni on important events and developments within the university. The primary purpose is to foster alumni camaraderie, enhance alumni unity, and mutual assistance.

  • The key responsibilities include the following points:
  • 1. Establish contact with alumni organizations in various regions, both domestically and internationally, understand their operations, participate in their activities, and present the university's development plans to alumni to seek support.
  • 2. Organize various alumni gatherings and events to strengthen emotional connections and relationships among alumni.
  • 3. Collect, organize, and update the information of alumni from previous years.
  • 4. Collect, organize, edit, and manage the historical records and relevant artifacts of the university, including the management of the University Archives Room.
  • 5. Convene regular meetings of the University History Editing and Development Committee.
  • 6. Organize the selection of outstanding alumni.
  • 7. Handle other matters related to the university that have not been covered by the above points.
